{"id":41,"date":"2018-09-09T08:26:09","date_gmt":"2018-09-09T06:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/peuim.com.pl\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2020-09-06T12:32:09","modified_gmt":"2020-09-06T10:32:09","slug":"the-laboratory","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/peuim.com.pl\/en\/the-laboratory\/","title":{"rendered":"The laboratory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">PEUiM Sp. z o.o. has a Certificate of the Factory Production Control according to the standard PN-EN 13108-21.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The road laboratory is mainly aimed at testing the properties of road materials and surfaces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">PEUiM Road Laboratory performs the following tests:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Mineral-asphalt mixes (MAM):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">preliminary type tests according to PN-EN 13108-1,5 (<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Asphalt concrete and Stone Mastic Asphalt)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">control tests of mineral-asphalt mixes collected before incorporation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">control tests of MAM on samples cut from the surface<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Mineral aggregates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>\n<p>testing of aggregates with assessment of suitability for mineral-asphalt mixtures (according to the standard PN-EN 13043)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Road surface:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>laboratory tests of materials (unbound mixtures) with the assessment of their suitability for the sub-grade and sub-base layers.<\/li>\n<li>quality control of the finished sub-grade and sub-base layers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Mixtures bound with the hydraulic binding agent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>preparation of samples of cement-bound mixtures and testing their strength properties (Uniframe 50 kN tester)<\/li>\n<li>concrete sampling and the assessment of strength properties (Automax5 tester with a load capacity of up to 3000 kN)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">technical parameters of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of Polish and European standards;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">valid calibration and testing certificates for laboratory equipment and instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div class=\"portfolio-section\"><div class=\"section-content-wrapper layout-five\"><article class=\"attachment type-attachment status-inherit hentry\">\n\t\t<div class=\"hentry-inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"post-thumbnail\"><a href='http:\/\/peuim.com.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/08\/1.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/peuim.com.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/08\/1-1024x1024.jpg\" class=\"attachment-peuim-portfolio-first size-peuim-portfolio-first\" alt=\"Photo 1.
